On my home page for "Current Conditions" The top one -- at the time of posting Dry - and the image shows Sun and Clouds that has not changed since I did a bunch of updates. The picture remains static but hovering over the picture changes, at the moment "Overcast" hovering over a sun and cloud image.
Any suggestion on where to start looking?
