WeatherLink2 Private v Public

Anybody notice if WeatherLink network is set to Private there is still public access to the Embedded links?

Are you saying that when you set it to Private that the link still works? Meaning that the only difference Private does is make you not listed on the map and not searchable?

That's about it, this is a site I replaced the Envoy and WLIP so basically made the site private as the same site has a new Envoy & WLIP under a different ID, the old embedded links on the "closed" site (as such) are still accessible and essentially live and show the last old station data as red more than a month old. If a site is private then it really should be totally non accessible.

If a site is private then it really should be totally non accessible.

Think you're flogging a dead horse here. The Davis interpretation of private is what it is and there's absolutely no sign that this is likely to change.
