Meteobridge Nano
« on: November 30, 2018, 11:22:41 AM »
Hi,
Today I received my Meteobridge Nano, no SD card, to install in my 1 week old Davis VP2. The VP2 has been running for a week. I followed the Nano instructions and shut the Davis Consol down, inserted the Nano and powered up the consul. I cannot find the Nano on my Wifi and there is no lighted LED on the Nano.
Should the Nano have a lighted LED?
And where on the Nano would the LED be located?
Thanks for any help I receive.
Phil

hi

yes there should be a LED .
so check you inserted correctly and not at an angle. hope no battery power or main power was on when you inserted.

attached photograph of LED position
either contact boris or the reseller if verified DOA .not much you can do make it go wrong apart from not fully inserted .

Thank you for the reply. After I posted I found the location of the LED on the instructions. Yes there were no batteries and the consul was unplugged when I inserted the Nano. I will try taking the Nano out and re installing it again and see if it gets power to the LED.
Thanks for the input

I de-powered the Console, unplugged the Nano, plugged the Nano back in, and powered up the Console. The LED on the Nano is now working.
Now on with the setup.
