DID this device has already been registered

Hi,

First of all, pardon my english.
i'm very new at this weather statioon things.
i bought vantage pro2 cabled with weatherlinkIP.
i try to follow the instruction for addding the device but it says device already registered. as picture below.

But when i try to retrieve login information on weatherlink.com/recover.php, it said that there is no account with this DID. as picture below

I've already email Davis support but still no reply.

can somebody help my problem?

Sorry but there's nothing anyone here can really do to help - this is an account admin issue. No-one else but Davis/Weatherlink support can look inside the account database and see exactly what the error might be and then correct it. Davis support will reply but are very busy right now so it may take a few days.

Check to be sure you entered the correct characters into the DID field.  Don't, in error, enter a lower-case "L" for the number "1".  Or a "0" for a capital "O".   Or the reverse of these.  Verify that each character you enter is indeed the correct one...printed matter can be difficult to read. 

You have probably made sure of this but thought I'd mention it.

Yeah i thought about it also and already try any combination and still not resolved anything.
