Costco pizza is better than any of my local or chain pizza restaurants. Their cheese to sauce to dough ratio is just right!

The video looks like a time-lapse judging from the persons walking around in the background.

I would have been interesting being a "fly on the wall" during development of the machine. I wonder how much tomato sauce they had to clean off the wall when they were experimenting with the speed....
