and the forum https://www.weather-watch.com/smf/index.php
are fully operational from here, Leuven Belgium Europe

Could be a caching problem at your PC.
Did you try another browser and using your Phone on 4G ?

As soon as I posted this it came up when I tried, anyway thanks for the confirmation. I suspect it was a glitch my end.

If you are ever wondering if it's you (your computer or your network or your ISP) that is the problem or if it is really the site that is down you can check with this web tool for any site.

the best thing is to just wait a while in case it comes back online rather than jumping to conclusions
