New Mesoscale Analysis Page

I finally got this working:

Look at all the different maps etc that are available from one page! 111 maps total!

Ok, it now appears to be working in IE8, Chrome, and Firefox. If someone with Safari and IE7 could take a look and see how it looks for me, I'd appreciate it!
