KPAH radar is offline for an extended period. Apparently the Bull Gear got Toro'd.
The error message may be technically and grammatically correct to geeks, but it's clumsy to the public. Why not simply 'Radar is temporarily unavailable for this location'? Or 'Radar images are temporarily unavailable ... '?
