1000 new members in 9 1/2 months.

I know this is of no interest to many, but I just noticed the total member count at the top of the page, and it has increased 1001 since I joined March 1, 2014..  I just thought this was an interesting tid-bit of useless information..

An update:  It's within minutes to my sign up time one year ago, and there have been 1352 new members since..

AH-h-h-h-h, but the REAL question is "...how many..." of those 1001 new people were "ONE-visit Lookie-Lou's" and how many are STILL participating members?

You are right about that, I'll bet the number that stay and are active is very small.

I guess you're the closest active forum member to me!  :)

I think you are correct, there doesn't seem to be many close to us..

I think we have multiple members with numerous accounts also. It's amazing how many 1st time posters ask a question and are rarely seen again.

I think that is because we answer the question so completely and knowledgeably that there is not any need for further discussion. And they are further more so impressed with our high intelligence and expertise that they are humbled to the point that they feel they can not "run with the big dogs". They happily go their way enjoying the afterglow of knowing they had a interaction with true greatness.
