Intense Storm Time Lapse - LA
« on: July 18, 2013, 01:49:45 AM »
LA as in Lethbridge Alberta.  :)  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYLwHhLNaGA  Apparently winds were up to 130 km/hr!  The whole thing came and went in 45 minutes.

forecaster....

Maybe it is the case of the bear being so close as to bite me, but I scanned this and the original posting that was linked to and I just didn't see any type of camera mentioned.  It indeed was very clear.  Do you know what the camera was?

Thx. Dale

*Nice*, Bushman!  Looks like it got the residents attention, too, as they all came out to "check things out".  That was a very good image of an awesome storm approach and arrival!

Pretty sure it was  a Gopro Hero HD - used in sports action photography.  Built-in intervalometer.  We have three of them for skiing.
