new firmware version for GW2000: V2.2.2

Hi!

There's a new firmware version V2.2.2 available for the GW2000.
Use the current WSView Plus app or the web interface of the GW2000 ("Device Setting") to update.

Changelog for V2.2.2:
Fixed a bug that parameter storage is not timely.

BTW:
I was not aware of this bug. Anyone?

ADD:
This is the first time that a firmware is not released at the same time for GW2000 and GW1100. I had assumed that this version would also be available for the GW1100 in the short term. But it probably won't.
Therefore, I have subsequently removed the reference to the GW1100 - this firmware is currently only available for the GW2000.

I'm unsure if my experience is related to previous firmware 2.2.1.
Normally my GW2000 runs without any issues. I upgraded to 2.2.1 a few days ago.
Just yesterday it started misbehaving, being inaccessible, and not uploading to the Ecowitt service. Any queries to the device from other software such as FOSHKplugin and WeeWX were also broken.

One thing I do got confirmed is that there should become an option to calibrate the WN35 "Leaf wetness sensor" in de next firmware version. I was hoping that this was added in this firmware, but not (yet) :???:

Ecowitt GW2000A_V2.2.0 is up to date when checking for updates, the new version V2.2.2 does not load
Weather Services V2.0.0 does not send data to Wunderground and Customized Protocol Type Ecowitt

How do you try to update the firmware? Via the WebUI or WSView Plus? The old WSView should no longer be used for the update.
