WeatherLink.com - No Strip Charts

Anyone else using WeatherLink.com having problems with the "chart" feature? When I select it the screen goes blank and nothing is clickable. I can get back to other screens by hovering over and clicking that same selection area.

I have a Pro tier and I use WL Live to upload.

My WL.com charts are working fine.  And can also see charts from another who has shared with me.
