RainWise Weather Gauge - tipping bucket missing part?

Hey Guys,

I just setup a brand new RW 111 rain gauge and when I removed the cover - I noticed that there seems to be a "Spacer" missing on the tipping bucket mechanism. Anyone else that has one can confirm - that I am missing a piece?

I will call up rainwise tomorrow then.. almost there.. I was able to connect it to the Davis - with no problems!
