TOA Systems custom map not updated for two months

Since there are some T-storms rolling into the area, I was checking my various detectors as presented on my website. The Google Earth based stroke map (not on my site) is working fine on TOA Systems, but the custom map that they set up for me hasn't updated since April 13.

Anyone else having this same problem? I sent an email to Sandy.

I don't remember the last time I looked at my map, but I don't think the area is that big.

There's a separate support contact also.

When I try to go to the gif link they sent me, I get a 404 error.

I know that this is an old thread, but this issue has happened again.

It is stuck on March 30 data. The Google Earth KML file is current.

My receiver module was unable to communicate with the USB port on the Raspberry Pi that I have out in the garage, but after restarting the TOA box it was working again. That was several days ago.

I sent an email to Sandy, but didn't hear anything back. Are any of you TOA Systems participants having this issue again? Is Sandy still the contact?
