Will this prevent my weather station data from being shared publicly?   We do live in a unique are where the temperature will vary greatly between stations within just a mile or two.

What it is saying is that your temps are slightly off compared to surrounding stations.  But you are in range 93+% of the time.  Look at the detail and if you are persitently off in the same direction by the same amount, consider whether you want to make an adjustment to your temp calibration.  If you are, in fact, slightly different that your surrounding stations, well, it is what it is.  They can learn to live with it.  You information is still shared and AmbientCWOP is separate from Ambient and does not affect what Ambient does.
