Sainlogic FT-0300

Hello,
please, can you help me with information about the modules for Sainlogic FT-0300?
I found the temperature/humidity sensor in the transmitter unit (oxidized). I can't figure out the routes that feed the sensors, to restore them or even buy another module.

Thank you!

It is a sensor that uses the I2C bus, you can read SDA and SCL that are the two lines used by this bus.
The shape resemble a Sensirion sensor, it has only 4 pins so mayme an SHT4x but the Sensirion is very small (1.5x1.5mm).
