Any Idea's I believe I am running PHP 8.2.20

Download a fresh copy from https://saratoga-weather.org/advforecast2.php?sce=view and install.. you don't have to configure it .. it will use your Settings.php to autoconfigure.

Generally, the support scripts with the Saratoga templates will autoconfigure if the entries in Settings.php are found.  Some wx...php pages may need settings entered there, but most of the support scripts can just be replaced as-is.
The check-fetch-times.php?show=versions includes recommendations for each script needing an update.

I think the problem is caused by misspecification of the Forecast zones in Settings.php

The first entry in each line appears to be a METAR site, not a NVZnnn Forecast Zone.
The first line should read

"NVZ020|Las Vegas, NV|https://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lat=36.17&lon=-115.13&unit=0&lg=english&FcstType=text&TextType=2",

for example.

Thanks again Ken It has been like that for about five years with no problems. I had a hard time finding the zone numbers, but I did find them and everything is working again.
