new firmware version for WN1980C: V1.3.8

Hi!

There's a new firmware version V1.3.8 available for the WN1980C (and also WN192xC ans WN182xC).
Use the current WSView Plus app or the web interface of the WN1980C ("Device Setting") to update.

Changelog for V1.3.8:
  • Resolves the issue of interrupted data upload
  • Optimizes the RF IoT Network
  • Modifies the DHCP Client Hostname
  • Fixes the WS85 historical wind direction display error
