Hi All
I have the above named weather station.  The outdoor unit has recently disconnected from the console due to a required battery replacement.  I have followed the manual and any online information but am unable to reconnect.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and, if so, what solution have you found.
Thanks, in anticipation, for your help.
regards
Brodie

I don't have your device. But my guess is its something to do with your wifi router.  Tell us more about your wifi, including router model.

Typically, similar devices will only connect with 2.4Ghz wifi. If your router also has 5Ghz, particularly with the same SSID, you may need to disable the 5Ghz temporarily. All this is a guess -- post more info.

Here is a similar situation: http://www.weasner.com/co/Reviews/2021/ES_Wx_Station/index.html

Thanks Graham
This weather station may also be branded as a Bresser.
The weather station has its own network that the sensors (outdoor temp, hygro, rain, wind etc and indoor hygro/thermo) connect to.  The console is then separately connected to my home wifi network by using my phone to connect to the weather station and putting in the wifi name and password.  THis part seems to be working fine.
The indoor sensor is connecting fine but the outdoor one is not.  The led indicating that is is transmitting is on but no data is showing on the console.
I believe the problem is with the weather station and probably something I am not getting right.  I have followed the manual regarding a battery change without success.
There is little on the internet to help me.

Are you pressing CH to reconnect the outdoor sensor? Are the bars for signal strength showing?

The channel button only changes the indoor sensor.  The manual suggests to use this when you have optional additional sensors eg soil.  I believe the main outdoor unit has its own channel.
There are no bars showing for signal strength.  An antenna icon flashes for a while which i imagine is the console trying to connect but it eventually stops flashing and remains off.
It's got me perplexed.

"14 Receiving measurements automatically
Once the power supply is enabled, the base station will display the measurement readings for indoors.
Readings from the outdoor sensor will be displayed within 3 minutes after powering it on.
If no signal is received, proceed as follows:
Press the CH button for about 3 seconds to initate reception of measurements again."

Maybe it will help  :?:

"A web browser on a smart phone, tablet, or computer is used to connect to the display configuration console through Wi-Fi. Once connected, you enter your Wi-Fi network and weather server account. There are other advanced settings available on the configuration console, but most users will not need to change these settings. Other display settings are adjusted using buttons on the back of the display. When the indoor sensor and display unit were powered on, I could connect my iPhone Safari web brower to the display Wi-Fi and configure it for my wireless network. However, the Wi-Fi status indicator rarely showed that the display was connected to the Wi-Fi network (showing a flashing Wi-Fi indicator instead of a steady indicator), although the display did get the correct local date, time, and forecast information and showed the NTP SYNC indicator. The display had not connected to the outside station, even after 30 minutes had passed. That was probably because I waited too long to power on the display unit after installing the outside unit. The manual does not say how long you have for synchronization to occur. Pressing the Reset button on the outdoor station and the Sensor button on the display sync-ed up the units and the outdoor weather data was displayed within a few seconds"
