When going from web page to web page, I sometimes get a blank black screen----Then if I minimize the screen and then maximize the screen, the website appears.  any suggestions?

Try a different web browser to see if the problem follows the browser. If it doesn't, go back to the first browser you used and put it into a "safe mode" that only loads the basics, no extensions, plug-ins, etc and see if it works now.  If it does, one by one, reload your extensions and plug ins, trying the page to page issue to see if the problem occurs and which extension or plug-in may be causing the problem.
