Forum time wrong?

The reported time is an hour fast from what I see on WxForum. As I write this the local time is 10:17PM and the forum time reports: April 09, 2013, 11:16:43 PM.

Is there some kind of setting that I am missing, or is the site reporting incorrect time?

I did the same thing.... The old site was on CST and now Ken has it on EST.
