Title: Saratoga Scripting
Post by: Jester on September 02, 2022, 01:02:30 PM
My Ambient Meteobridge crapped out. I replaced it w/ a WFDL2. I was able to get my FTP uploads functional but for the life of me I can't figure out how to get my http updates to load real time or any data at all.  Any ideas/help would be appreciated. www.castletonweather.net

Wow, your meteobridge does need some adjustments to work with the template set.  It looks like the file uploaded for MBtags.php is not correct (that's why it shows raw text at the top of the page).

I suggest you replace your MB weather template files in meteobridge using https://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplates/setup-Meteobridge.php as a guide.

Also, looking at http://www.castletonweather.net/check-fetch-times.php?show=versions shows a large number of template script updates are also needed.. you should apply those too.

I'm no longer using Meteobridge. It went bad and I replaced it with a WFDL2 (WiFiDatalogger2).

Ahh... sorry, I'd misunderstood.

Unfortunately, I don't have a specific plugin to support the WFDL2 in the template set unless it can emulate one of the other software packages supported by the template set currently.  As I understand it, WFDL2 can work with CumulusMX (and other software).  I suggest you install CumulusMX (https://cumuluswiki.org/a/Software), configure it to receive data from the WFDL2, then use the CU-Plugin to drive your website.
