One thing I'm wondering about this new product is how open it's going to be in regards of 3rd-party integration. What I see in the current info page is "Build your own weather tools with our powerful suite of API products." - which usually means a commercially licensed API and obscure, closed set of libraries for some popular environment like .net with C#, instead of a standards-based simple interface like MQTT. We'll eventually see when it finally gets released, but I'm not having high hopes for connectivity besides Davis-controlled ways. And that decreases its value in my eyes a LOT.
