installing 15.0 fails

trying to install 15.0 and I get the following error

.\Distribution.cpp(5602): IInstallerError 10011
Fatal Error. Value out of range.
<No Debug Message>

any ideas?

Is this a new install or an upgrade?  Could be the download was not complete.  You might try redownloading.

downloaded a couple times, always the same, for grins turned off virus protection (kaspersky) and it loaded right up, it really should not have cared, so I dunno LOL but onwards
