Title: Customizing Cumulus???

I'm pretty new to using Cumulus but its pretty neat! I was wondering if you could adjust which measurements you have on the interface like whether you could get rid of some and/or change the color of it

I use cumulus and have modified it to suit my needs.  So the short answer is yes, you can modify it to your heart's content.
