Topic: WS-2000 icon disappears

Lately the Ambient Weather icon is disappearing from my console. The WU icon remains and all data of being uploaded everywhere appropriately.

I unplugged the console this afternoon, plugged it back in and it came back but it's disappeared again.

Any ideas?

Also, check (Section 8., Page 53, About) for the firmware versions on the Display Tablet.

Firmware was updated to most recent version. Internet status is connected. I believe icon indicates it's connected to the website however there doesn't seem to be any data drop.

Checked my PWS this morning and found the current readings were up to date and the AW icon was visible but the graphs were about an hour behind.  I updated my tablet firmware to ver. 1.2.0 per instructions and rebooted.  Within a few minutes the WU and AW icons were back and the station was reporting current data but the graphs were still about an hour behind.  It could be the server is being serviced in some way or the traffic to it is heavy.  Just guessing. However, WU was up to date.

I've had numerous issues with data from the Ambient site since posting this. Seems as though Ambient is having server issues, is aware of the problem and working on a fix. In the meantime, I assume this is where my issues have stemmed from.
