Foscams and IP Cam Viewer app

I have 4 Foscam FI8910W cameras at two locations. I'm using the IP Cam Viewer app on an older Amazon fire tablet for viewing. It's set up to show all four cameras on the screen at once.

All is fine until the IR lights come on. The cameras that are outside of the currently location I'm at will change from a green status to a red status. The image doesn't go away, it freezes. This will cycle from green to red every few minutes. During the daylight hours, everything is fine. This happened after I installed new routers at each location; Netgear Nighthawks.

I'm trying to figure out how the IR could cause this to happen?
