CN = *.wunderground.com, O = The Weather Channel LLC, L = Atlanta, S = Georgia, C = US
Valid from: ‎Tuesday, ‎October ‎28, ‎2014 2:06:03 PM (EDT)
Valid to: ‎Sunday, ‎September ‎15, ‎2019 2:25:18 PM (EDT)

Does anyone know if there a new site to upload to?

"apicommunity.wunderground.com", the help forum for those who pay to use their crummy API, also expired.  Nobody is watching the store.

One possible "solution" is send data via http rather than https. 

Or you could just ignore the expired certificate assuming the software you're using lets you.

Yep, I had to ignore the expired certificate warning to get my software going again.  It's safer to use https so that the user/password is not sent in the clear.

WU won't let you do that.  It redirects to https.

Not for rtupadte. 

There are many stations out there that haven't moved to https.
