Good job!  Mebbe we shout start a PMOP project thread... Last weekend I happened across the perfect free electric motor assembly (you wouldn't believe what it's from) to rebuild my late grandfather's antique wrought iron BBQ rotisserie with a 50:1 antique Boston Gear right angle gear reduction.

If you wanna guess, here's a pic of the motor assembly, minus the flat belt. The opposite wheel is the same as the one you can see, but the cams are 180° out of phase. The motor is on a hinged mount and gravity tensions the belt.

To me it looks like it might be from an old belt massager. :-)
