When I check https://www.temis.nl/uvradiation/nrt/uvindex.php?lon=-75.5639&lat=41.4911 this is what is returned:
                  UV
                      index       ozone
   Date                          column
  29 May 2021    8.7      326.8 DU
  30 May 2021    8.3      336.6 DU
  31 May 2021    8.0      348.6 DU
  1 Jun 2021    8.1      344.5 DU
  2 Jun 2021    8.2      340.9 DU
  3 Jun 2021    8.9      321.7 DU

UV grid cell data:
centre lon, lat = -75.625, 41.375
average elevation = 442 (± 120) m

29 May 2021 was overcast with rain
30 May will more likely be the same and https://k3csg.altervista.org/index.php is showing 0.0 UV but the label appears as "extreme." So either temis is down or my script is out of whack. Solution?

This tool returns the forecasts  . . .
at local solar noon of today . . .
for clear-sky conditions and in the absence of snow.

This is a UV forecast showing the theoretical "maximum" amount
It calculates the UV value without clouds , air-polution and all other items which inhibit the UV radiation to reach ground-level.

Nothing wrong with the Temis values theoretical values.
Forecast-scripts use these values to combine UV with  all other items into a more "real-life" UV-forecast.

Your page probably has a small script error as it shows the real-life UV value as measured by your weather-station as"no radiation present"  and the text "extreme" is not the correct text for that value.
Your station should have a functioning UV-sensor to use this part of the dashboard.
Check the Meteobridge upload file to see what values are uploaded.  A "--" value could be the cause of the word "extreem"

Thank you for your reply. I now understand that the UV forecast is theoretical and not the actual conditions present. I did find the error. I wanted to display Meteobridge system uptime and changed the conds.php upload to include [mbsystem-uptime] which caused the UV Index on index.php to become erratic. I removed the variable and now the page reads UV Index 0.6 Low. Since that was the only variable changed I figured that it was the cause of the error. I do have the system uptime on the status page using gen-MBtags.php writing to MBtags.php and all is working fine. Thank you.
