Topic: NTP not updating

Unfortunately my logger isn't picking up NTP.

I’ve tried setting update time to 1 minutes, and also tried clicking Renew NTP
I've confirmed that a laptop can access and update it's time from that same NTP server using the same Wi-Fi

NTP server is set to pool.ntp.org

Has anybody else bumped into this issue?
Any thoughts on why I might not be picking up the NTP?
