Topic: Setting up WiFi Logger

I've successfully installed WFL 2 with Davis console, and it is sending data reliably to both Weatherlink.com (see https://www.weatherlink.com/bulletin/4fee33f9-edfd-4298-9d99-b88dc38e543b) and Met Office WOW (see https://wow.metoffice.gov.uk/observations/details?site_id=a6d50193-1018-ea11-b265-0003ff599673). However, I can't work out how to get it to send data either (1) to the Weatherlink software on a local PC, or (2) to an internet ftp site. Sadly I cannot find anywhere documentation to support this - WFL own website has a manual which helpfully omits all such topics, and web searches haven't turned up this information.

Can anyone help with simple instructions, or point me to where I can find them?

You can not send data to the Weatherlink software on a local PC or any other weather-program.
But your Weatherlink software on your local PC can download all archive data from WL.com
Or
You can use the WiFilogger as any other logger with WeatherLink on a PC

There you can enter your webserver settings and let the Wifilogger upload those files.

If you just want to have those files and write your own website scripts you are finished.

The Saratoga templates (which is the most-used one) also supports the WeatherLink.com data.
Be aware that your WiFiLogger is basically a logger PLUS extra's.  It is not a replacement for a weather-program (now). But the designer is enhancing the product as we speak.

I use the wifi logger to upload data on WL.com where I have a pro account and on WU which is useful for having the graphics on the weather-template that I use. As for the data on the PC, I downloaded the WL.exe software and once properly set up, I can download the data from my WL.com account. I advise you to set a loading interval every 2 minutes, the internet traffic it causes is negligible, about 2 mb per day. If you want to build your own website, I recommend you start with a weather-template. I am using the weather template developed by Wim which is simply fantastic.
