New wind rose added to Weather Display

Hi
was a challenge, and was a long time coming.
See under view, averages/extremes, speed vs dir
(it also uploads daily as windrose.gif along with the detailed climate report or NOOA report)
to see it (where you can select any day or any month or any year to see the result
see my example:


it shows the speed component for each direction :)
