Yes, 'Undelivered' is expected.  Sadly, Kevin Reed of TNETweather.com passed away in January, 2018.
I have tried to support/distribute some of his scripts from https://saratoga-weather.org/scripts-legacy.php#tnetweather

I don't know what script he helped you with, but if you post the details here, I'll take a look.  You can do it via PM if you like.
