It looks like the mail servers for t-online.de email addresses are bouncing.  I've contacted the postmaster there to get the issue resolved.

If you have pending validation emails (or notices for PMs/topic updates), I'll try to resend them after the issue is resolved.

The postmasters at t-online.de have now removed our mail server from the 'naughty' list and mail is again flowing to *@t-online.de emails.
