NWS does have this probability map. Here is the NE one.

Did you knit all of the individual maps together to make this one? The inset US map doesn't have this level of detail.

Nice job!  Unfortunately it won't fit the standard Saratoga template.  Here's my experimental lightning forecast page (http://www.gwwilkins.org/wxlightningforecast.php) for the Saratoga template.

Naturally it won't fit with Ken's Scripts... wasn't supposed to.  :-) It's all html and css...
