Is it possible to subscribe to a topic on the forum?

I think what you are looking for is "Notify". On the screenshot its to the right of "Reply".

Not sure if it is a setting you have to configure but for me when I reply to a topic I then automatically get notified of new responses.  Until I select not to.

Yes, I noticed that. After posting the topic I was automatically subscribed.
