Any way, I am sorry but I do not know what to suggest other than running a virtual machine with XP.  Or wait until the software developer releases a Win 7 version.

With windows 7 try running heavy weather as administrator

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I installed Heavy Weather and Heavy Weather Publisher under Windows 7 (32 bit). Everything is running fine! FTP is also running excellently. I did not run any program with Compatibility Options.
