lacrosse 79400 question

ok i have the 79400 unit  and outside of the vane moving all over that i did manage to get more accurate i need to figure out how to get the forecast to show what is actually outside? i have set the baro at 31" and 25" and everplay in between and nothing is worked to get this to show sun on a day we have had sun all day. so is there  a way to calibrate this unit for a better forecast
 
yesterday we had 100% sun this showed clouds i set the baro to 25.15" and the baro then started to go down and then i got rain in the forecast. the baro was actually 30.01 most of the day per the internet in my area
