Hi, i'm kinda planning shutting down my website www.ambientnd.com and going with rainwise cloud service, I ordered http://www.rainwise.com/products/detail.php?ID=6861&Category=**NEW**__RainwiseNet_Web_Solutions&pageNum_cart=/products/index.php , and planning on going with the pro rainwise.net account,
i guess i was wondering what you guys think of this? i think i can still upload to wundergound.com and similar sites, do you think it's a good idea?
also if i'm going that route, i would have a rainwise http://www.rainwise.com/products/detail.php?ID=6808&Category=MK-III-LR_W to sell, it's a year old, looks new, everything included that it comes with. (err maybe except for the box) would let it go for $310 paypal, please let me know what you think,

 That data logger has been replaced by the CC-3000 model @ $395.00 FWIW.  I am not sure yet what all the IP-100 interface and RainWise.net cloud service will support. It is a new product release.

instead of shutting down your current site, you could change your links to point to your new Rainwise.net.  I do something similar with my 'border station' on my site.  My Vue (border station) feeds the Davis net and then on my site I created separate links which point to the Davis net. 

I just hate to see all your hard work from your site go away, unless you're just interested in getting out of the site upkeep business and let Rainwise net handled it all.

Are your selling your current MKIII and then buying the MKII LR?

I believe your current display(s) can be upgraded to support the MKIII LR.

actually i thought about that too, but i was wondering if it would be a direct replacement going with the rainwise cloud service only,
nope i dont have to switch to LR,
my complete setup is LR,
very nice setup, been working perfectly, only minor issue i see at time is when power goes off i see an extreme high in temp for a few minutes, like 165 degrees, and the humidity goes to an extreme low, like 8 percent. anyone notice that?

I would think that as long as the your spot on the Rainwise.Net gives you a URL, you should be fine.

When I loose power here with my MKIII, my displays will drop after about 5 minutes..(?) and the website will be outdated, but I believe the logger (mine is the old one) will continue to grab the data and will show it once the power is restored.
