The CoCo gauge was about a foot away (same height) from my VP2 spoon tipper as well as my Rainwise 111, whereas the other two VP2s were about 40 feet away from CoCo gauge. Rainfall was steady but not a deluge and wind was likely not an issue.
Spoon tipper hasnt been calibrated since acquired this past Spring from Scaled Instruments. All three VP2 stations had clean tippers and rain collectors before storm. Rainwise was clean too.
