Boltek do they answer emails?

I have sent a question to Boltek (info@boltek.com) twice without getting any answer. ;)
Do they have any tech support?

Hey TS20,

I bought my Boltek a little over a year ago and got a reply from info@boltek.com. Haven't had reason to contact them since. If you are looking for some pre-purchase info you could try Mark Mears at support@aninoquisi.com. He is the author of Lightning2000 and is very knowledgable and easy to reach.

maybe they got struck by lightining??   :-P

I am wondering if they have a toll free number that you could call.  I know with Davis, I once received an email a year later .  I forgot what I wrote them but they did apologize.

I'd still go with the call.
