Unusually High pressure in Scotland forecast

Can anyone explain why there's an usually high, high pressure (1047mb) in Scotland forecast for Monday? It's very rarely above 1020mb in the uk

Thanks for your response V. The storm exists because of the hp being so close to the lp (squeezed isobars), but why is it so high in the first place? Why does the pressure increase as it hits land fall? Super interesting. Hope one of you wonderful enthusiasts can explain, and don't worry about terminology, I have some knowledge, just never seen this before.
