The perp trespassed/climbed Morro Rock and Facetime proposed to his girlfriend, and then couldn't get down.
The take off to landing rescue is seen from the vantage point of a camera pointing down near the lift winch sheave on CHP H70, as a Morro Bay Fire Captain is lowered down to effect the rescue.
The perp was not only trespassing, he was high and in possession of meth.
