Just saw this in my search term stats:

Quote
where do you find pine nuts in the grocery store?

Somehow the above led someone to my site.  :?:
What's the strangest search term you've seen that got someone to your site?

Oh, shoot.... I can't remember, but it was about as weird as yours. I posted about it somewhere, maybe on the old weatherforum, or the old VWS forum. I dunno if I can find it.

I don't recall anything specific but have wondered how many pages deep in the results they were to find me.  I've also wondered how the different strings I've seen were compiled.  I suppose they must have used an advance search for something.

LOL

Yeah, have been going through my search terms the past couple of days on a new web site. Came up with this one: rabbit fever
You got me on that one!

Here's one for ya...

Search term: "bunchie"

Now, it's true that I do have an animated gif of bunchie on one of my pages (http://www.roanokevalleyweather.com/campage.htm), but I never dreamed that anyone would hit my site after a bunchie search.  Must have been absolutely mesmerized with my web site content, as they stayed on that page for 16 minutes before clicking to go to bunchie's "official" web site...

That is absolutely wild. How can you tell how people are finding your site?

Thanks,
