MeteoBridge -> wunderground - missing peak gusts
« on: January 06, 2018, 01:27:07 PM »
Greetings all,
I've got a MeteoBridge running 3.4 (Aug 17 2017, build 11382), FW 1.4.  It is being fed data by a Davis VP2, and is uploading to wunderground every 5 seconds.

My console regularly shows gusts that are well over what is reported on wunderground.  My guess is that the MeteoBridge is only sending what is happening at that particular moment of the 5-second interval.  Is there a setting or some tweak to make so that it will send what the actual gust was during that 5-second period?

Apologies if this has been covered before.  A quick google search didn't turn anything up.  Thanks for any help.

Meteobridge does send gust max to WU. But LOOP protocols from the Davis logger might not report all gusts. That depends on firmware version of the Davis USB logger. Can you please post from Meteohub messages log on "system" tab. There should be a remark on the Davis logger version.

Bump. Just on account of that we’re getting a major windstorm here. Nor’Easter!

Any ideas?
