I've been looking at this for a while. They've been out of stock lately, maybe getting them in this week.

They are also ~$1200 USD.

Oddly enough, I actually have two different ceilometers sitting in my basement at the moment... I was actually considering trying to hook one of them into my weather system. Both of them were known to be working when they arrived here. I believe the Vaisala one has rs232/ascii output if I recall correctly.
