If anyone is interested in testing/suggesting a version of Cumulus MX that supports MQTT output please let me know.

That's an interesting option, never gave it a thought til now. Running MX on a RPi and Node Red and a broker on another RPi.
My only concern is MX has been running flawlessly for many years without a single problem. I'd hate to break it.

I like to think it's still pretty stable - the only time I stop my prod copy running on rPi is to upgrade it.

I think this possible version of cumulusMX with MQTT is a very interesting option; Updating the values is supposed to be practically instantaneous without the need for FTP (or so I think).
In fact, the latest versions already integrate the possibility of MQTT; I have done some tests and it seems to work well; What I am not so clear about is how to take advantage of this functionality on my website.
