api.weather.gov not very useful right now
« on: September 16, 2019, 06:15:41 PM »
I just noticed that most of the returns my server is getting from api.weather.gov are timeouts or HTTP 503 errors. I've reported this and will let you know what I hear back.

If you use Ken's V5.xx forecast scripts and don't seem to be getting fresh data, this could be the problem.

This was a (very well) known issue by the time I reported. Response seems way better now.
