Anybody else having trouble with their IP-100?
« on: February 01, 2017, 07:03:20 PM »
My IP-100 stopped reporting at about 3:30 in the morning yesterday.  A long call with rainwise support got us to two additional troubleshooting steps: Trying the IP-100 on another network and installing a switch between the modem and the IP-100.  Haven't had time to try those, but I'm nondering if anyone else has experienced problems with a setup like mine.

My IP-100 is connected to my Xfinity modem,  Both are powered from a line conditioned UPS.  All I get on the IP-100 is the rear power light and the flashing red radio data light.

I've had my IP-100 for several years with little problems.

My setup:

Cox cable modem (Arris Surfboard SB 6141) to
ASUS wireless router to
IP-100

Are you using a router?

I borrowed a router from my son to use as a switch today.  As soon as I hooked it up the IP-100 started sending data.  Weird.
